from ski goggles to paintball.
This convenient anti-fog treatment single wipe can be stored in
your paintball vest or pocket for use whenever you need. Ideal for
paintballers, FogTECH is easy to apply and also available in a small
1-ounce bottle. To apply:

Clean goggle lens with water. (DO NOT use Windex or any solvent-based cleaner!)

Apply a thin coating of FogTECH to the lens

Let dry

Polish excess FogTECH with a clean, soft cloth

Put your goggles on and let the good times roll!
